RH IT Services LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") operates QuantLog.app (the "Service"), a web-based trading journal application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

• Resend: For sending transactional, onboarding and renewal email alerts and marketing emails
• Google Analytics: For aggregated web traffic and page performance metrics.
• Interactive Brokers (IBKR): For portfolio synchronization via user-provided Flex Web Service credentials.
• Make.com (Celonis) & ThriveCart: For automated external Academy student license provisioning via secure webhooks.

These third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use your information to perform services on our behalf.

Legal Requirements:

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to:

• Valid legal processes (subpoenas, court orders)
• Requests from government authorities
• Protection of our rights, property, or safety

Business Transfers:

QuantLog is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.

Your information is stored on servers located in the United States (AWS/Supabase).

If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated.

By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

1. Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
